Standard pickup works best for regular household laundry. Bulky bedding, dry cleaning, commercial loads, and short-term rental linens use their own per-item catalog page so the standard bag rate stays clean.

Every pickup is priced from published per-pound and per-item rates and charged after delivery. The terms on the page are the terms the route runs.

  • Booking confirmation

    A written confirmation is emailed within five minutes of booking.

  • Weight billing

    The scale reading is billed to the nearest tenth of a pound.

  • Operator

    One operator runs every pickup, wash, and return. No marketplace, no contractor swap.

We confirm the postal code at booking. Anything past the served zone gets a quick email instead of a silent decline, plus a spot on the waitlist for that prefix.

How do pickup windows work?

Pickup runs in 3 windows of 4 hours: morning, 8 am to 12 pm; afternoon, 12 to 4 pm; and evening, 4 to 8 pm. Pick a window during booking. We check that the window is still open before your order is placed.

How fast is delivery?

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from pickup to redelivery. A 24 hour rush option is available at an extra fee, selected during booking.

How should I leave my laundry for pickup?

Leave it in any sturdy bag at the spot you describe at booking: a porch, lobby, concierge desk, or a specific door. Add a note for buzzer codes or access details so the pickup runs without a knock.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

No. Most pickups and deliveries are contactless at the spot you choose. We send email updates at each step, so you can leave the bag out and carry on with your day.

What if I miss my pickup window?

Reach out through the contact page or your customer app and we rebook the next open window. Nothing is charged for a missed pickup since the card on file is only charged after a completed delivery.

How do I know if you cover my address?

We confirm the postal code at booking. If the address is outside the served zone, you get a quick email instead of a silent decline, and you can join the waitlist for that postal code.
