Operator
One operator runs every pickup, wash, and return. No marketplace, no contractor swap.

Send the label even when it looks ordinary. The symbols help decide whether the item belongs in dry cleaning, needs specialist handling, or should be redirected before pickup.
Shirts, suits, dresses, and coats all follow the same four steps, so you know what happened to each piece before it comes home.

We check the care label, the fabric, and every mark or loose button at intake, before anything is cleaned.
Stains get a treatment the fabric can take. Old or set-in stains may only fade, and if one does not lift, we note it on your order.
Each garment is cleaned the way its care label allows, using the method the fabric and trim can take.
Pressed and finished so it comes back ready to wear, with your order at delivery.
Garments come back within 48 hours of pickup, cleaned and pressed. The card on file is charged after delivery, not at booking.
A 24-hour rush is available for standard garments with no specialist requirements. Rush may be declined for delicate fabrics, heavy structure, or items that need extra handling time. When declined, we will say why and suggest a realistic timeline.
A careful decline protects the garment and the operator. If a piece belongs with a specialist, the response will say so plainly instead of forcing a booking that cannot be kept.
Ask about an out-of-scope itemLeather needs specialist cleaning and finishing. Send the photo if you are unsure, but expect a redirect.
Dense beadwork, glued trim, sequins, and fragile ornament can fail under normal handling. Ask a specialist first.
Ceremonial pieces tied to an immediate deadline are too risky for the standard per-item path.
Suede reacts badly to moisture and brushing. A dedicated suede cleaner is the safer route.
Fur and fur trim need climate-aware care and storage that sits outside this MVP service.
Items with bodily fluids, pests, mould, or unsafe residue will be declined and redirected neutrally.

Read the full FAQNot always. Old, set-in, or heat-set stains may only fade, and some fabrics and dyes cannot take a stronger treatment. Point out stains in the booking note, and what caused them if you know. If a mark does not fully lift, we note it on your order.
Book dry cleaning as its own order and add each garment by type and count. If you also send wash and fold, book it separately and pick the same pickup window. Bag the garments on their own, apart from any laundry, and empty the pockets. Note stains, loose buttons, or fragile trim in the booking note.
Contact us before booking with the item and its care label. Some specialty items can be added on request. Leather, suede, fur, and heavily beaded pieces need a specialist cleaner, so we do not take them.
Yes, for standard garments: choose the 24 hour rush at booking. We may decline rush for delicate fabrics, structured pieces, or anything that needs extra handling time, and we tell you why and when to expect it.
