How Recurring Works
Five steps, then it cycles on its own. You only step in when you want to change something.

- Choose recurring at the schedule step.
Pick weekly, biweekly, or every 4 weeks. Pickup window stays the same each cycle by default.
- Get the laundry back in 48 h.
First pickup runs the standard 48 h turnaround. Choose 24 h rush at any pickup if needed.
- Charged after delivery.
Each pickup is invoiced after delivery and the saved card is charged. No monthly fee.

Pickup runs in 3 windows of 4 hours: morning, 8 am to 12 pm; afternoon, 12 to 4 pm; and evening, 4 to 8 pm. Pick a window during booking. We check that the window is still open before your order is placed.
When does payment happen?
Cards are saved at booking but not charged. After delivery, the order is invoiced and the saved card is charged for the actual amount. There is no upfront charge.
What happens if my card is declined?
No automatic retry. We email you to update the saved card and any recurring schedule pauses until the card is current.
