Can I skip a pickup when a guest cancels?
Yes. Skipping or cancelling a pickup is free until we mark it as on the way. After that point a trip fee can apply.
Can you return linens the same day?
No. Standard turnaround is 48 hours and the fastest option is the 24 hour rush. For same-day changeovers, keep a spare set in the unit so the used set can come back on the next turnaround.
Do I need to be there for pickup?
No. Leave the bag at the door, in a locker, or at the concierge desk, or have your cleaner hand it off. Put the access details in the booking note.
